19. Tuition Fees 100% Sharing is ATC only, no any sharing in Tuition Fees of Avantika World Council for Professional Excellence. Collect Tuition Fees From Student and Take Receipts on your Self Receipt Book with ATC rubber Stamp seal.
20. Your responsibility to Computer, Computer lab furniture, software, Stationary and teaching staff arrange. No any responsibility to Avantika World Council for Professional Excellence, Delhi.
21. Use Avantika World Council for Professional Excellence, Delhi brand name and any type of fraud and misguide to parents and student take legal action for you.

28. Do not use Our Logo and Name your private Certificate. if are use our Name or Logo in your Private Certificate take Legal Action.
29. Any type change of rule and terms and condition reserved to Avantika World Council for Professional Excellence, Delhi.
30. Subject to Aurangabad Jurisdiction only.
31. Any type of disputes whose persons are responsible that time legal matter are created and then IPC Section 199, 200 may be applicable.
